Costanza Nardocci
Costanza Nardocci, PhD, is Assistant Professor in Constitutional Law, School of Law, Department of Italian and Supranational Public Law, University of Milan, Italy.
She has been nominated Visiting Scholar in 2015, 2016 and 2017 at the School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University, under the supervision of Professor Yasmine Ergas and, at the Law School, Columbia University, in 2019, under the supervision of Professor Suzanne Goldberg.
She taught “Women Empowerment and Sustainable Development” and She currently teaches “Gender Justice” and “Violence against Women and Gender Justice” at the University of Milan, Department of Italian and Supranational Public Law.
She is the author of several publications in Italian and in English in the context of constitutional law and human rights law with a specific focus on: human rights protection; minority rights; multiculturalism; anti-discrimination law; racial and ethnic discrimination; women’s rights; indigenous people’s rights; constitutional justice. Among her publications, Razza e etnia.
