Also,\u00a0Jean Monnet Chair \u201cEuropean Fundamental Rights and Women\u2019s Rights (EFRiWoR)\u201d, from August 2020.<\/p>\n<p>She teaches Constitutional Law, Constitutional Justice, and Women\u2019s Rights in the Constitutional State.<\/p>\n<p>She is scientific coordinator of several specialized courses in the fields of fundamental rights held at the University of Milan and of one specifically related to violence against women and domestic violence in a multidisciplinary perspective.<\/p>\n<p>As a Lawyer, she represented NGOs and individuals before the Italian Constitutional Court, the European Court of Human Rights and the European Committee of Social Rights in the fields of women\u2019s fundamental rights, Lgbtq+ peoples\u2019 rights and disable people\u2019s rights.<\/p>\n<p>She has been visiting professor at the School of International and Public Affairs and at the School of Law, Columbia University in the City of New York, New York, USA, where she closely collaborates with Professor Yasmine Ergas and Professor Suzanne Goldberg.<\/p>\n<p>Her academic research, among many others, revolves around constitutional justice and fundamental rights, with specific regard to constitutional rights and women\u2019s rights.<\/p>\n<p>She is the author of several publications. Among her monographs, <em>Il difficile cammino della democrazia paritaria<\/em> (Giappichelli, Turin, 2011); <em>I diritti contesi. Problematiche attuali del costituzionalismo<\/em> (FrancoAngeli, Milan, 2016); <em>Una parit\u00e0 ambigua. Costituzione e diritti delle donne<\/em> (Raffaello Cortina Editore, Milan, 2020).<\/p>\n<p>Recently she published a book with C.
